Welcome to CabsWale. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and website (“Platform”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CabsWale is a marketplace platform that connects customers with outstation cab drivers. Customers can view driver profiles, reviews, and pricing before selecting a driver for their journey. CabsWale is not a transportation provider but a technology facilitator.
Customers pay the driver directly.
CabsWale charges a service fee to drivers for providing customer leads and bookings.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
Communication with drivers post-booking must be courteous and professional.
CabsWale is not responsible for disputes between customers and drivers after the journey starts.
Drivers must provide truthful profile information and quote realistic prices.
Drivers are solely responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant journey.
CabsWale reserves the right to suspend or block driver accounts for misconduct, poor ratings, or customer complaints.
Customers do not make payments on the app. All payments are settled directly between the customer and the driver.
Drivers agree to pay a nominal service fee per booking or lead as per the pricing shared on the app.
CabsWale shall not be liable for:
- Any loss, injury, or damage during the journey.
- Disputes or miscommunication between the customer and the driver.
- Driver no-shows, vehicle issues, or route deviations.
All content on the Platform, including branding, designs, and technology, is the property of Sahita Cabswale Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright laws.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
