2. Nature of Services

• CabsWale is not a cab aggregator, operator, or travel agent.
• We do not provide transportation services ourselves.
• We only offer a search engine and directory to help you find, view, and contact independent cab drivers.
• All trip arrangements, pricing, and payments are negotiated directly between you and the driver.
• CabsWale does not guarantee any trip, fare, or driver conduct.

3. User Responsibilities

• To use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• To verify all details of your trip directly with the driver.
• To avoid making any advance payments to drivers unless you are confident and comfortable.
• To exercise caution and due diligence when contacting and meeting drivers.
• To ensure that your account information is accurate and kept confidential.

4. Payments

• CabsWale does not process any payments between customers and drivers.
• Any payments you make to drivers are at your sole discretion and risk.
• We strongly recommend paying drivers only when your cab has arrived and your trip begins.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CabsWale is not liable for any disputes, losses, injuries, damages, or expenses arising from your interactions with drivers.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any driver, vehicle, or trip.
• All driver information on our platform is based on data provided by the drivers themselves or publicly available sources.

6. Disputes Between Users and Drivers

Any dispute or claim arising from your trip must be resolved directly between you and the driver. CabsWale does not mediate or accept responsibility for resolving such disputes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on CabsWale’s platform are the property of CabsWale or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of CabsWale is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Modifications
